Those with BMI of 50 are considered “super obese” and this might really cause some big problems on your heart. Those who are obese have health risks, and those who are super obese are leading a dangerous path.

The ideal BMI falls from 19-25. On the other hand, if you get 19 and below, you are underweight. Better be sure that you get the correct body mass index as this will be the basis to know if you are really obese or not. Once you already know, then you may now take the necessary actions to prevent it from getting more serious. You must be responsible in taking care of your body so as not to get heart and other ailments.
