He can apparently that high-intensity interval training will just continue burning weight through the entirety of the day, now he gave me some strange advice today like I said he's very scientific and very technical but it he works out three or four times a day. He'll do 20 minutes in the morning when he first gets up then he'll eat breakfast or a snack, then he'll go to the gym and work out for a short time then he'll go eat breakfast.
